About me

Hi, I'm Christina

I'm your relational, neurodivergent-affirming, and weight-neutral therapist in Nashville, TN

If you are here, something inside you is likely tired of forcing your brain to operate under rigid templates that were never designed for your wiring. Maybe you have spent your life being the reliable anchor who keeps the emotional climate around you stable, even when your inner world feels deeply depleted.

Working with a therapist who truly understands the intersections of late-diagnosed neurodivergence and body liberation can help you find your way back to yourself.

I support adults who are:

  • Deconstructing the exhaustion of constant masking alongside chronic burnout.
  • Navigating the landscape of a late-in-life ADHD or autistic diagnosis.
  • Untangling a painful, restrictive relationship with food and movement.
  • Healing from high-conflict family dynamics as an oldest sibling or family caretaker — explore more in relational & narrative therapy.
  • Longing to step off the productivity roller coaster to live a life aligned with their actual internal rhythm.

Carrying these patterns can make you feel like you are constantly failing. In reality, it just means you've been doing the heavy lifting for environments that asked you to be less than who you are.

Clinical approach

How I can help

There are seasons of life when insight alone is not enough to create change. You might understand intellectually why you react the way you do, but your physical body still responds with deep anxiety or sudden shutdown.

This is where our work can gently shift your experience. I hold a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from CUNY City College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Long Island University. I draw from this foundation and over ten years of clinical experience to offer a specialized approach that honors your whole physical and emotional self rather than just analyzing your thoughts.

As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), I do not look at your traits or your history as problems to be fixed. I have a profound respect for the distinct challenges faced by oldest siblings, and I specialize in helping eldest daughters officially resign from the lifelong job of managing everyone else's emotional climate.

Together, we use evidence-based, liberatory frameworks like Feminist and Narrative therapies alongside tailored executive functioning support to help you untangle societal conditioning. For clients who find grounding outside of traditional talk therapy, we can also weave in nature-based, intuitive tools like forest bathing and tarot as gentle pathways for reflection. We begin exactly where you are, and we move forward at a pace that respects your autonomy.

The person behind the practice

A little about me as a human

Outside of the therapy room, I am a grounded, intuitive person who values humor and softness. I am a late-diagnosed ADHDer, an Aries/Taurus cusp, and an eldest daughter. My career began in the non-profit sector across New York City before I shifted to a group private practice eight years ago, eventually stepping into executive leadership. In 2020, becoming chronically ill fundamentally changed my trajectory. It invited me to deeply explore somatic regulation and honor my own neurodivergence.

After a lifetime in New York, my family relocated to Nashville in search of a slower pace and a greater connection to the natural world. My time in Tennessee led me to dive further into my intuitive practices, build community within East Nashville, and deepen my desire to participate in mutual aid. From that evolution came a literal dream that gave this practice its name: Weave the Path.

I understand firsthand what it means to rebuild trust in your body and heal at your own pace. I bring that lived experience into my work gently and intentionally. When I am not working, you can usually find me practicing yoga and aerial arts, reading tarot, or working on my garden full of native flowers.

My husband and I share our home with our two rescue pitties, Betty and Opie, who take their roles very seriously, especially when anything exceptionally cozy is involved.

Values & access

My approach to care

I believe therapy is inherently political. This practice is entirely committed to non-judgmental, privacy-focused, and equitable care. Because I believe that healing and social justice are inseparable, a portion of every session fee is donated to a rotating organization working toward collective liberation.

While private-pay sessions allow us maximum depth and therapeutic flexibility, I offer reduced fee options for those who need support. See our FAQ for details on fees and sliding scale availability. Every person's story and needs are unique, and every inquiry is welcome here.

Taking the first step can feel intimidating, especially when you are used to carrying so much alone. You do not have to keep doing it by yourself. If something in you is ready to step out of survival mode and explore what lies beyond the world's expectations, I am here.
