Clinical consultation & mentorship

Clinical Consultation & Mentorship for Therapists

Private practice consultation for clinicians seeking depth, clarity, and a sustainable way of practicing.

I offer clinical consultation for therapists and counselors who want a thoughtful, collaborative space to deepen their client work and feel more supported in how they show up to practice.

With over a decade of clinical experience, my background spans high-acuity, trauma-informed care and large-scale leadership. I began my career in New York City providing Multisystemic Therapy through a family court funded program, followed by several years supporting survivors in a domestic violence shelter. I later transitioned into a group private practice, where I completed my advanced licensure and stepped into executive leadership. I have provided clinical supervision since 2019, ultimately overseeing a team of over 100 clinicians as Chief Clinical Officer and Chief People Officer.

My consultation style is relational, intuitive, and insight-driven. I specialize in ADHD and neurodivergence—particularly late diagnosis in women—as well as healing relationships with food, body image, and movement. I bring my training as a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider into every professional mentorship relationship.

Our approach

What we can focus on in clinical consultation

In our work together, we can explore complex case conceptualization, navigate stuck points in treatment, safely process countertransference, and strengthen your distinct clinical voice.

For New York mental health counselors, I hold independent licensure with Diagnostic Privilege (LMHC-P). This means our consultation hours can fulfill the specialized clinical supervision requirements mandated by New York State for therapists working toward their diagnostic credentials.

I also offer specialized support for neurodivergent clinicians who want to understand how their own brains work within the heavy demands of this field. Together, we can develop systems, habits, and workflows that feel entirely natural, sustainable, and effective. This often includes rethinking traditional productivity, documentation demands, emotional stamina, and schedule management so your business supports you rather than working against you.

This is an ideal environment for licensed professionals at any stage who are looking for nuanced, non-judgmental mentorship, both in their direct client work and in building a sustainable practice that actually fits their life.

Key areas of clinical focus

  • New York State clinical supervision: Fulfilling hours toward the LMHC Diagnostic Privilege credential.
  • Neurodivergent-affirming therapy: Navigating autism and ADHD clinical frameworks, especially for late-diagnosed women.
  • Disordered eating and body image: Implementing weight-neutral healing, body autonomy, and intuitive eating principles into your practice.
  • Systemic and relational frameworks: Working with Feminist, psychodynamic, and insight-oriented approaches.
  • Trauma-informed care: Deconstructing complex client dynamics, processing countertransference, and finding your footing when you feel stuck in sessions.
  • Practice sustainability: Creating administrative systems that work with your unique brain as a neurodivergent therapist.
