With over a decade of experience across clinical care, supervision, and executive leadership, I offer consultation for group practices, leadership teams, and supervisors seeking a more thoughtful, human-centered approach to organizational growth.

My background includes high-acuity trauma work, clinical supervision since 2019, and executive leadership as both Chief Clinical Officer and Chief People Officer overseeing a team of more than 100 clinicians. I specialize in supporting organizations in creating environments that are emotionally sustainable, neurodivergent-affirming, and aligned with long-term clinician wellbeing.
