This specialized 12-week program is designed for adults who are ready to explore the principles of intuitive eating within a supportive, structured, and deeply interactive setting. Healing your relationship with food doesn't have to happen in isolation. This group seamlessly combines evidence-based education, personal reflection, and community care, creating a shared harbor to ask questions, process systemic diet culture, and apply non-restrictive concepts to your daily life.

The format
What to expect from the workshop structure
To protect the depth of our collective care and ensure meaningful peer connection, each group cohort is kept intentionally small. The layout of our time together includes:
- Small group dynamics: A maximum of 8 participants per cohort to maintain an intimate, supportive environment.
- Weekly sessions: 75-minute weekly blocks with ample margin dedicated to open discussion and somatic reflection.
- An intentional beginning: An introductory session to set collaborative boundaries, establish intentions, and prepare for the journey.
- Focused learning: A dedicated weekly focus unpacking one core intuitive eating principle, tailored to accommodate neurodivergent processing styles and sensory profiles.
- Interactive format: Each meeting balances an educational presentation portion with rich, non-judgmental group discussion.
- Continuous support: All workshop materials and learning slides are delivered directly to your inbox after each session.
- Integration and closing: A final conclusion session to reflect on your progress, integrate your unlearning, and map out sustainable next steps for your ongoing food freedom.

When you join a workshop cohort, you receive comprehensive resources to support your integration process at home, including:
- A physical copy of Intuitive Eating to ground your independent reading and ongoing practice.

- Facilitated group processing inside a weight-neutral, liberatory environment that explicitly honors your unique brain and body rhythm.
By stepping out of chronic dieting cycles alongside peers on a similar path, you will cultivate sustainable, life-altering shifts in how you feed yourself. This workshop helps you build a clear understanding of all 10 intuitive eating principles and how to apply them practically to your specific lifestyle. You will acquire actionable tools to rebuild safety with food, rediscover your internal interoceptive signals, and benefit from the gentle accountability of an intimate collective.
